This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Trace Veil Forensics ("Provider") and the client ("Client") for cybersecurity consulting services.

No guarantees: Security is an ongoing process. Provider does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be found or that breaches will not occur.
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.

Neither party is responsible for failures due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation or binding arbitration under Kenyan law.
This Agreement, along with project proposals and quotes, represents the entire agreement between parties. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
